It’s all gone quiet because I’m firmly back in the marking season…
Interviewing for two new RA posts next week – hopefully we’ll be able to get a couple of good people to work on the Benefits Quantification project..
This project is turning out nicely. We’re studying the processes it used to align the needs of two academic institutions in a shared estate…

It would be wrong to say I’m glad it’s over for the moment, but it would be fair to say I’m relieved to have some time back for a bit of research and some professional development.

Now that the site’s up, I just need to sort out all the presentations and animations for tomorrow. Plenty of time…

Imagine this in a construction project with multiple stakeholders, each of whom thinks they know what they want although they are not certain what that is, but they do know it’s different to what everyone else wants, and everyone else wants something different and unique to them…
We spent the day here, speaking to the Assistant Principal about their co-location project. Strange that it looks a lot like Glasgow Caledonian’s Saltire Centre. That will be because they’re both BDP projects, then.
